The Flora Design Studio is based at Joshua Plumtree, 30 Bank Street, Kirriemuir in beautiful rural Angus, with inspiration all around from natural woodlands, wild hills, and peaceful farmlands as well as our wildlife haven that is our own cutting garden, full of birds and insects.

Our aim is to create unique designs reflecting the local seasons using not just beautiful fresh and dried flowers & foliage sourced from our cutting garden, local growers, and reputable national suppliers but elements such as brackens and ferns, lichen covered twigs, dried seed heads and foliage foraged from the farmland and woodland on our doorstep, many that will last long after the fresh flowers have faded.

Being based in rural Angus allows us to get out into nature & be inspired by the changing seasons, seeing the colours and plants emerging as the year progresses.

It may be a wedding, flowers for someone special, to say thank you, a subscription for regular flowers as a gift, sympathy, or funeral flowers for our loved ones. We look to design something truly unique that you will remember long after the final petal has faded.

With the abundance of different elements, we can guarantee no two designs of bouquets, arrangements, wedding flowers and farewell tributes will be the same. We promise yours will be unique.

We avoid the use floral foam and avoid the use of plastics wherever possible. We seek to use more traditional floristry mechanics in all our work, please do ask more about our methods.
