Returns & Refunds
- All flower and plant sales are final.
- The Flora Design Studio uses the highest quality cut fresh and dried flowers & foliage. All fresh flower bouquets come with flower food and care instructions. We guarantee a minimum vase life of 5 days.
- Should there be a problem with your flowers or plant, we require notification within 24 hours of receipt to allow us to investigate. A photograph is required to support any claims.
- Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of The Flora Design Studio.
- All products require care, attention and in the case of all cut flower and some plants, if it is deemed that the products have not been cared for as per instructions on our flower care leaflets, then we may NOT refund or offer an exchange of product. We will inspect all flowers and plants returned to us claimed to be faulty or damaged. If we discover that they are not faulty or damaged a refund will not be issued
If you would like to tell us how happy you are with your beautiful flowers. Nothing makes us happier than a happy recipient, give us a joyful phone call or pop us a message with some kind word! We’re also a wee bit shy and not great at blowing our own trumpet – but we love a wee praise on our Social Media channels if you have the time or inclination!
